Weekly Web Roundup: The Coding Edition #25

The major news of the week was the rumor that Google Chrome OS is to launch within the next week. It’s been highly anticipated and there are a lot of people (including myself) who will want to get their hands on it.
If it’s anywhere near as good as the Google Chrome browser, then it will blast the operating system market wide open.
I’ve called this the Coding edition after the first link which was my favorite of the week as it shows designers how to slice and dice PSD’s effectively and efficiently.
