Weekly Web Roundup: Geek Gang Edition #5

Weekly Web Roundup

One of the biggest stories this week has been that of Jammie Thomas-Rasset, a Minnesota woman who must pay a record $1.92 for illegally downloading 24 tracks from Kazaa which vilolates copyright laws. This which works out at $80,000 per song…yikes.

This week also saw the the release of the 3.0 software update for the iPhone and iPod Touch. Noteworthy features include tethering, push notifications and find my iPhone.

Along with the big news there were plenty of other great articles and resources being published over the last week, my favourite of which are summarised below.

I’ve named this the Geek Gang Edition as i discovered that we Geek’s even have our own gang signs, i’m off to add mine now…

That’s a wrap up of the fifth edition. Were there any links you thought deserved a mention? If so drop a link in the comments so we can check them out.
