Hello and welcome

As you may have been able to guess from the blog title, im Grace (pictured above as a child with my much blonder brother Mark). I own a small web design studio based in Northern Ireland, I also work within the Print Industry. For the last two years friends, both online and off have told me I should be blogging. So why has it taken so long, two things; Time and Fear.
- Time has played a huge part, as I just didn’t feel I could dedicate enough time to make the blog a success.
- Fear has held me back as i was afraid no one would visit, no one would comment, people would be horrible and on and on. I think it’s time to let go of the fear and just get out there, so here I am.
What Can You Expect
The blog is going to be about all the things I love reading and thinking about, which equates to web and print design, branding, technology and social media. This is a place to share my thoughts on these topics and connect with more like minded people, like yourself.
I’m going to have a regular posting schedule, but I don’t know for certain how the schedule will play out until I spend some more time writing.
The Blog Design
You may think its a little weird for a web designer not to use their own theme, but until I know exactly what I want to accomplish and achieve with this blog I felt it best to use a theme which I could start using straight away.
Feedback and comments are appreciated.

Well done on getting the new blog out of the gates. Looks really well, I’ve no problem with a designer using a great template for a blog (there is no rule to say you must re-invent the wheel). Although, like myself you will probably want to have more input into the presentation of the blog before long, I’ve prioritised adding content over changing my theme (and I don’t get much time for either) on my blog but I really do need to spruce it up a lot.
Anyway main thing is you’re live with the new blog, good luck with it.
Cheers.
